In 2014 Ireland had an incredible year for foreign visitors and is aiming to reach 8 million visitors in 2015. Tourism brings €3.5 Billion into the Irish Economy and supports 250'000 jobs. Visitors come from many of the 'Irish Diaspora' countries as the children and grandchildren of emigrants visit their homeland - countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia although visitors from the United Kingdom are the number one source and France and Germany are also high. Transport to Ireland is good with three international airports (and home to Europe's largest airline Ryanair). Ferry connections from the UK and France via Irish Ferries, Stena, Celtic Link and P&O. And coach services from the United Kingdom and Europe to and from Ireland run by Eurolines and Megabus. There is a domestic rail network but it isn't as extensive as it once was but there are a number of excellent domestic bus services run by Go Bus, Bus Eireann, and Irish Citylink.
